Natacha Tasev

Natacha supports organisations in creating workplaces where people feel good, valued and empowered, by building a positive and stimulating work culture.

As an HR leader, she has also worked as an HR consultant for the past 10 years, giving her a deep understanding of the people and organisational challenges businesses face. She enjoys challenging people to think differently and encouraging them to question their assumptions so they can move forward.

When she’s not dancing, Natacha reads sociological essays, learns new languages or swims in the lake — even in winter.
