Apptitude, which recorded growth of over 60% following the close of its 2025 financial year, is strengthening its management team to support its next phase of development.
We are proud to announce the appointment of Barbara Chabriw to our management team, alongside Pierre Brossard and Mikhaél Minisini.
Barbara Chabriw joined Apptitude in 2018 as a designer. Gradually taking on greater responsibility, she went on to lead the Design team before becoming a partner in 2024. Over the past seven years, she has led several of the agency’s most strategic projects. Her appointment to the management team formally recognises a role she had already been partly fulfilling.
In this new position, she will focus on three priorities: ensuring the quality and consistency of deliverables across the agency, leading internal transformation initiatives, and shaping Apptitude’s positioning in a market being profoundly reshaped by artificial intelligence.
The management team is now structured around three complementary profiles:
- Pierre Brossard oversees financial and operational stability
- Barbara Chabriw leads transformation and cross-functional initiatives
- Mikhaél Minisini drives business development and growth
This appointment is part of a strong upward trajectory. In 2025, Apptitude achieved its best year since inception, with revenue growth exceeding 60%. The agency also opened an office in Martigny, strengthening its presence in Valais and its proximity to clients across French-speaking Switzerland.
Independent and entirely owned by its internal shareholders, Apptitude intends to continue this momentum by further reinforcing its positioning on high-value strategic digital projects.
“I will focus on strengthening what makes Apptitude successful today: delivering robust projects in a demanding and fast-evolving market, for our clients and with committed teams.” – Barbara Chabriw, Member of the Management Team at Apptitude SA
