In order to highlight the relevant indicators regarding the operator’s activities, the layout was divided into separate sections. It offers the sales team an overview of its activity at a glance.
Gamification
In order to engage operators, we created badges that reward the best performances and added smooth transitions, creating a stimulating and fun experience.
VOIP connection
A close collaboration with the IT team, the management and the VOIP system provider allowed us to connect to the API in order to display all the relevant indicatorsin real time.
