Active in the company for over 6 years, Mikhaél Minisini joined the team in 2016 as a web developer, before successively holding the positions of digital project manager, operations manager, and finally sales manager.
Apptitude, created in 2012 at the EPFL Innovation Park has followed a healthy, organic, and steady growth to reach more than 3 Mio of turnover in 2021 and 22 employees. Mikhaél Minisini, replaces Axel Pasqualini as CEO, who will remain involved in the company’s strategy by accompanying the Board of Directors until 2023. Pierre Brossard, co-founder, continues to ensure excellence in execution as COO.
After 10 years as CEO, Axel wants to change course and launch new projects in the Lake Geneva area.
Since June 1, 2022, Mikhaél Minisini is the new CEO of Apptitude SA. He is preparing a very ambitious roadmap for 2022-2025 and is actively recruiting to accelerate the company’s development.
« My goal is for Apptitude to continue its healthy growth and to become the reference in the development of custom business tools in French-speaking Switzerland.
My main priority is to ensure the continuous improvement of the client experience by further developing our services and our teams, including the creation of new areas of expertise. »
Development in Switzerland is also a major objective. Apptitude has experienced a growth of more than 50% in the other French-speaking cantons by accompanying a large number of organizations in their digital transformation.
